RESCUE INC. COMMUNITY TRAINING CENTER Rescue Inc.'s Community Training Center (RICTC) offers health care classes to individuals and groups with a focus on community CPR as well as more advanced provider classes leading to Emergency Medical Technician national certification. Established in 1994, we now educate approximately 2,000 community members per year through our classes in emergency health care.
