The agency is committed to providing the highest quality of care in a fiscally responsible manner. In its twenty five years as a licensed paramedic provider it has pioneered many processes and secured the necessary resources to provide state of the art care to the communities.

Dedicated Assets
In order to best service normal projected daily activity, and surges in request for services; the agency has divided its assets between two divisions. This separation of assets addresses the limitation that the closest mutual aid ambulances to the agency are approximately twenty minutes away. This philosophy permitted the agency to successfully handle 4379 requests for service during the last fiscal year.
