Mark Considine, Chief of Operations, EMT-Paramedic CCP
Chief Considine brings over thirty one years of emergency service experience to the agency. He has been a certified paramedic for over twenty five years and an active member at Rescue Inc. since 1986 making him the longest continuously serving paramedic in the department's history. He oversees all agency operations on a day to day basis, and has earned numerous citations at the state and national level for his leadership and clinical excellence in the field of emergency medicine. Chief Considine has been instrumental in developing all hazards emergency planning at both the state and national level.
Brian Richardson, Assistant Chief of Operations, EMT-Paramedic
CCP
Assistant Chief Richardson is a veteran paramedic with extensive
experience in the field of emergency medicine. Prior joining Rescue
Inc., he served for 15 years in the Portland, Maine fire department
Medical Crisis Unit as a critical care provider. In addition,
Mr. Richardson worked as a Field Operations Director and has spent
ten years as an EMS educator teaching all levels of EMS students
up to the paramedic level. His EMS career began at a Rescue Inc.
where he worked as a volunteer while attending Brattleboro Union
High School in the 1980's. He holds many advanced EMS certifications
and oversees daily shift level operations as well as all Rescue's
internal training initiatives.
Linda Goss, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Goss has been employed at Rescue Inc. since 1999 and oversees
all of the agency's administrative and human resource operations.
As Director of Administration, she is also responsible for insuring
that Rescue's billing practices are consistent with evolving
Medicaid,
Medicare, and insurance company protocols regarding patient care
and reimbursement for service rendered.
