• Stations in Brattleboro and West Townshend, Vermont provide 911 service to communities in Southern Vermont & New Hampshire

• Mutual aid and Paramedic intercept services are available to any town/department as requested

• Ten ambulances in the fleet & several other emergency response vehicles

• All levels of pre-hospital EMS providers are licensed in Vermont and New Hampshire

• All ambulance units are equipped to the Paramedic level

• Primary ground ambulance transport service for patients being transferred out of Brattleboro Memorial Hospital and Grace Cottage Hospital

• Critical Care Transport (CCT) endorsed agency staffed with Critical Care Paramedics (CCPs) and Certified Flight Paramedics (FP-C)

• Provides basic life support (BLS) and advanced life support (ALS) non-emergency (scheduled) and emergency inter-facility transport​

• Our team is on standby 24/7 and is activated whenever an incident may require our specialized training

• Rescue disciplines include flood/swift/ice water rescue, search and rescue, high/low angle ropes rescue, backcountry/wilderness rescue, confined space rescue, drone operations, and more

• The Tech Team is part of our regional organization composed of highly skilled and experienced paramedics, first responders and firefighters from Southern Vermont

• We provide stand-by services for a variety of gatherings: sporting events, parades, concerts, graduations, gallery walks, protests, and more

• Our stand-by services are tailored to your event's needs

• Available at both BLS and ALS levels

• Bike team available for long courses and parade type events 

• Our car seat center has been opened since 2021 and is a part of our Pediatric Safe initiative
